Solution: machined off hardened knurl

Bond urethane and grind O.D.

Shows as cast. Near left: bearings installed and finish ground.

Aluminum kept pulling out. Near left: Solution ? Bonded undercut urethane.

Original equipment knurled brass ring after wear it was thrown out. My Solution: aluminum core with urethane. After wear urethane removed and core re-used.
